major projects
Some of the main projects I’ve done in my time at university.
A bit of concept work which had a big impact on my final design. If you want to see more examples of these, go here, here, or here.

Yeah I know! The sky colour and sun/cloud position in the image is all wrong for the lighting I’ve set. That’s because it’s not the default one, it’s just a pretty picture of the sky I took the other day and I quite like it. I like the model too. So I figured I might as well combine the two.

Turn on your speakers - the animation sequence is synchronised with some wonderful music by Joe Hisaishi (from the soundtrack of Howl’s Moving Castle - ‘Sky stroll’). For a VRML model or the full size animation sequence, email me.
Note: For some reason when I embed the movie on this page the object tag breaks the rest of it in firefox. Please use the link.
We were set a series of 3 tasks to complete for this assignment.
Small version of an image manipulation I did - very simple and ridiculously easy to do in photoshop, not at all pushing my skills, but I think its quite effective.

In this assignment I was instructed to create an interactive toy focusing on a particular academic area (I chose light and colour).
Documentation of my thought processes.
Instructions:
- Shift and left click to create sunrays at first.
- Left click up to nine times to create colour worms.
- Right click to freeze everything (note: you will have to reload the toy to restart it).
- Press x to clear the screen of everything.
- Press 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 to thicken the stroke of the worms.

I had to create a game for my communication module.
You can see my documentation here and my essay here.
I’m not overly pleased with how this assignment went, but there are some good examples of my developmental poster work and ideas here.
